Clean and quiet in the room. Staff are all friendly. Service center responded very quickly. Location is very comfortable for a day trip. Also connected to a shopping mall with corridors. There are lot of choice in a Breakfast buffet. Room size is spacious to stay.

I had an amazing stay at Fairmont Jakarta to recharge after a strenuous work week. I was unaware that the end of Ramadan happened during my stay. Hence, many families with young kids running around. Despite all of that, it was still an amazing stay. The team made sure I got a corner room to recharge and also understood when I asked to have a quieter breakfast due to a lot of noise and guests with young kids in the main restaurant during breakfast. The only thing that would have made my stay perfect, would be for the team to check on the food hygiene during the breakfast buffet. A kid touched the bread at the bread corner with his fingers to prove to his dad it was 'fake' bread. The bread was real bread. To my shocking surprise, the dad did not intervene at all, letting the kid touch the real bread all over.... it would have been great if the staff could keep an eye on guests' hygiene during the breakfast buffet.

What a incredible Stay and Service. The room is clean and neat, they always think about every detail such as Water etc. Breakfast was also Amazing and Variable, lots of Choices for Anyone. The Willow Spa is Superb, I had the Magnesium Muscle Release Massage for 90min and that was so good, it‘s recommended 👍🏼

Upon arrival at the Fairmont Jakarta, the grand lobby ushered me into a truly unforgettable experience. The expansive rooms offered breathtaking vistas of the city, and the meticulous attention to detail, from the luxurious furnishings to the impeccably designed bathrooms, created an inviting atmosphere. The staff's attentiveness was another distinguishing feature. Their gracious demeanor and genuine hospitality ensured that my family and I felt welcome and valued throughout our stay. Their promptness in fulfilling requests further contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience. In conclusion, the Fairmont Jakarta's luxurious accommodations and exceptional service left a lasting impression. I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Lala during check-in though she forgot the welcome drink coupon because we had a lot of chats during the checking but later on they were sent up upon request, Meity and Askhin from the k22 Bar, Desty and Widi from the VIEW restaurant and not forgetting the Housekeeping teams who had been keeping my rooms tidy .

Nice room and nice view of the stadium, during the night the stadium lights create a beautiful spectacle :) Recommended!
